The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner started firing indiscriminately after chasing the husband of the informant and one Vijay Sahni with intent to kill them.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 8.1.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act has been alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30194 of 2019(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 against the petitioner. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioner. Co-accused has been granted bail vide Annexure 2 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. case No.159 of 2016.
