JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Complainant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, it is a case of taking money by the petitioner from the informant and not returning the same. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is employed in Indian Army and there is no need to take money on the alleged date from the informant and the case is purely civil in nature. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

No.32697 of 2022(3) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Complainant Case No. 365 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
