The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to restrain the respondent authorities from dispossessing the petitioners from their purchased land appertaining to Khata no.30, plot no.841 situated in Mauza Khuriya, PS- Shekhopur, District- Sheikhpura as the respondent authorities are going to construct power grid without initiating acquisition proceeding or without giving any notice under section 3 of the Bihar Land Acquisition Act.
(B) To issue writ of mandamus or any other

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.
