Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from the field side. It is alleged that the same is of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sheikhpura

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32316 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 (Kushumbha) Police Station Case No. 115 of 2019, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
