JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 The present application has been filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 1558 of 2014, wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. From the impugned order it appears that none appeared before learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeIV, Gaya and hence, the anticipatory bail application was dismissed as not pressed.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.
