Ms.Rita Verma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is that they have committed dacoity in the shop of the informant and they were arrested outside the shop and there is recovery of stolen articles from the possession of one Akhilesh Kumar.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 4.1.2019 and co-accused Akhilesh Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 25.4.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.27177 of 2019 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Shakurabad P.S.Case No. 03 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
