An order of dismissal dated 15.10.2018 passed in the State of Rajasthan as well as order passed by the Appellate Authority which is also in another State are impugned in the instant writ proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, at the very outset, has taken a preliminary objection regarding

Patna High Court CWJC No.13403 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 maintainability of the instant writ proceedings before this Court for want of territorial jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application to move the appropriate Court of competent territorial jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank raises no objection to withdrawal of the writ application. With liberty, as prayed for, writ application is permitted to be withdrawn.
