JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354(A), 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics and ulterior motive. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Petitioners have no criminal history.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42275 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that there is direct allegation of assault by means of iron rod and brick to the informant against the petitioners. Hence, petitioners do not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on behalf of the opposite parties, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected. utkarsh/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
