The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Section 120B and other sections of the IPC.

Sirajuddin, the informant made allegation that the petitioner along with Shakeel Ahmad Khan and his wife Mushat Parveen opened a company, namely, Prime future Real Estate India Limited in which Rs.4 crores were invested but Shakeel Ahmad Khan and others fled away with the said amount of the villagers.

It is submitted that the petitioner is an agent of the company and he has also deposited Rs.50000/-, which will appear from Annexure-4. It is also submitted that the informant has been made accused in the present case.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is also one of the investors of the company, Shakeel Ahmad Khan and Sanjida Khatun are made accused, who persuaded the petitioner to deposit the money and that the petitioner is in jail since 9.8.2014, who has already remained n jail for more than ten months, the petitioner,
