For issuance of the writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to declare the Merit List/ Marks obtained by the all applicants who wrote the examination held on

Patna High Court CWJC No.8111 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/3 26.03.2023 for selection of members of the Juvenile Justice Board and the Child Welfare Committee on vacant posts.

II. For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to upload the Answer sheet of all the applicants and invite objection, if any, within a given time, as has been done during the said Examination held in year 2019.

III. For issuance of the writ of Certiorari quashing the result of the Examination held on 26.03.2023 published on departmental website of Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar which indicate just Pass or Fail and does not show inter-se merit list / number obtained and thereby lacks transparency.

IV. For stay the operation of letter no. 10/ vivid-04/2022-981 dated 04.05.2023 (Annexure -5) issued by the Director, Social Welfare Department, Bihar whereby notice has been issued for the Counselling/interview to be held during 22.05.2023 to 26.05.2023 upon the impugned result to select

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
