1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Registrar, Patna University, regarding payment of arrears of salary and post-retiral benefits in the pay scale of Rs. 5500/- to 9000/- granted to the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed in CWJC No. 18214 of 2009 and analogous cases and the order passed in MJC No. 2045 of 2014.

3. The representation of the petitioner filed on 05.05.2015 is still pending and has not been decided.

4. In view of the submission of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the Registrar, Patna University, to dispose the representation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8293 of 2015(9) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 petitioner in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
