Taking into consideration that none has seen actual killing of the deceased and having similar allegation, co-accused Munda @ Dileep Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26-11-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43378 of 2014 , let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Siwan Rail P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran.
