The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 363,365, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced subsequently on the confessional statement of co-accused Mithilesh Yadav. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
