The petitioner seeks bail in Ajimabad P.S. Case No. 42/2008, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is alleged to be member of unlawful assembly. It is alleged in the written report that on the order of Rama shankar, co-accused Gauri Shankar fired shot upon Sanjay Rai (brother of informant) causing injury on his temporal area. Thereafter accused Bhagwan fired shot on his right leg. Co-accused Dilip made firing on the scalper region of Sanjay Rai and co-accused Raj Kumar caused firearm injury in his thigh on account of which he became unconscious and

Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ajimabad P.S. Case No. 42/2008, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
