The present petition was filed against an order whereby petitioner was directed to report before a Police Station till 24.05.2019 which was for the purposes of smooth and peaceful election.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.825 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier State was granted time and as such State may be directed to file counter affidavit.

Fact remains that the impugned order has already lost its life, and as such, there is no reason to further keep the matter pending.
