JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 114/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 509, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of this fact that there is specific allegation of outraging the modesty of informant against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
