The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of defalcation of Government money by the accused persons including the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the informant Block Development Officer, Alamnagar has clearly shown that all the schemes have been found

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33325 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 physically completed which shows the truthfulness of the petitioner. He further submits that similarly situated coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail by this court Passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30308 of 2022 passed on 15.11.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, 1st Class, UdaKishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2021.
