2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner shot at the informant by his revolver and the bullet hit on the right foot of informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case as no such occurrence ever took place. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 24 hours without any explanation which renders the entire prosecution case doubtful.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he caused fire arms injury in the leg of the informant. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of the Arms Act.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and the antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
