2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.368 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 427, 436, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code

3. The petitioner is accused of burning the house of the informant in which the informant has sustained burn injury.

4. The injury report suggests that the injured has sustained 5% burn injury.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the anticipatory bail application is allowed.
