Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2018. Petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedents.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not conclude in the meantime in spite of fully cooperation with the petitioner, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
