JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Renuka Ratnakar, learned A.P.P. for the State. Petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, this Court having taken note of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that now the three class rooms have already been constructed, granted provisional bail to the petitioner. Case diary has been called for. Mr. Rajballabh Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State submits that he has got instruction that the class rooms have already been constructed.
