Writ petitioner prays for a direction to the district administration authorities to make school premises encroachment free and demolish all construction created by the encroachers, and declare them trespassers."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits, on instructions, that the encroachment in question has already been removed, however, in case any encroachment is still existing, the same would definitely be removed, by taking recourse to the due process of law, forthwith.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
