The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forest case No. 7 of 2010 registered under Section 9, 39(1a), 39(3), 50 (1) (c ) and 51(a) of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he killed the antelope. Horns of antelope were recovered from the house of petitioner but it appears that there is allegation against the petitioner that petitioner extracted horns of antelope after killing the same in the field. The case is of the year 2010. The petitioner moved before learned Sessions Judge for grant of anticipatory bail vide ABP No. 2808 of 2013 and the same was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31015 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 rejected on 22.03.2014. The petitioner moved this court for grant of anticipatory bail only in the year 2019 for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered in the year 2010. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
