2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ in nature of mandamus and directing and commanding the respondent authorities to make compensation to the petitioner in which respondents authorities have acquired the appertaining Khata no.396, Plots nos. 4384 area 12 dec, Plot no..4481, area 9 dec, Plot no.4482 area 40 dec, Plot no.4483 area 11 dec. Plot no. 4487 area 21.5 dec, Plot no. 4488

excess 3 dec. and plot no. 4488 area 16 dec.

excess 1 dec. total 65 dec. land was acquired according to Gazette but the authorities have acquired 78 dec. include excess partial plots 13 dec. which have illegally acquired beyond its Gazette. whereby and whereunder respondents have made compensation only Rs.15 lakhs. But as per rule the authorities would be make compensations for four lines one lakh per decimal including 13 dec. excess if it was taken over than also will make compensation to the petitioner which have beyond its Gazette and any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority for his grievance in next four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel submits that earlier the notices were issued to his father Munni Lal Singh and there is nothing on record to show what happened thereafter.

5. If the petitioner submits a proper application before appropriate authority in next four weeks, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion after hearing the parties in accordance with law by the end of this year.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
