The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 for offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the case registered at the instance of the petitioner was found not true during the course of investigation i.e. Kurtha P.S, Case No. 123/2017 and on account of the aforesaid finding of false case, the present case has been registered.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68379 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate-Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
