The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

2975.4 liters of illicit liquor alongwith one truck and several motorcycles were recovered at village Marar. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the aforesaid vehicles and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32613 of 2022(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 364 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
