2. Petitioner is stated to have filed application under the prescribed form on 05.12.2023 in the light of Rule 12(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Rules, 2021 including amended provisions in the year 2022 and 2023. The concerned authority has not passed any order. Therefore, the concerned authority is hereby requested to pass detail speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this Order.

3. With the above observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
