JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 The case of the petitioner is for regularization on the post of Typist (Class-III) in Sachchidanand Sinha College, Aurangabad, Bihar, under Magadh University.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the University has recommended the case of the petitioner to the State Government for the purposes of creation of post and regularization of his services, no action has been taken by the State Government.

Having regard to the limited scope of the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a representation before the respondent no. 1

Patna High Court CWJC No.10235 of 2015(3) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, who shall examine the case of the petitioner and call for a report from the University and thereafter he shall pass the final order upon the representation of the petitioner, in terms of the Full Bench judgment of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Sewak Yadav vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2013(1) PLJR 964, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
