Mr.Raj Kishore Ray - Gp-18 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 The present writ petition has been brought under the heading to be mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has submitted that the petitioner is yet to approach the Bihar State Human Rights Commission, Patna, however, in the order dated 26.4.2023, it has been mentioned, probably on account of certain confusion, that the petitioner has already approached the Bihar State Human Rights Commission, Patna, hence appropriate modification be made in the earlier order dated 26.4.2023.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15753 of 2017(4) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar State Human Rights Commission, Patna for redressal of his subsisting grievances.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is no more alive, his legal heirs may be granted liberty to approach the Bihar State Human Rights Commission, Patna. Liberty, so sought, is granted. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
