====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 207/34 of the IPC.

It is contended that as per allegation the assault was by one Raja Ram Verma upon the head of the deceased mother of the informant by spade. He also assaulted the wife of the informant by spade. There is dispute of some passage between the parties. So far these petitioners are concerned the allegation is that they were also throwing bricks.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the

No.65879 of 2018(2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 case and also the fact that both the petitioners are ladies and as per the first information report the fatal blow was given by one Raja Ram Verma, let the abovenamed petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
