The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner Azad Khan is said to have purchased the land of the informant from co-accused Raj Kishore Singh by hatching conspiracy.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner Azad Khan happens to be bonafide purchaser of the land in question. He has purchased

No.34103 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 the aforesaid land bonafidely from Raj Kishore Singh in sale consideration of Rs.2,80,000/- who sold the aforesaid land to the petitioner Azad Khan claiming himself to be owner of the said land while petitioner nos.2 and 3 are the witnesses of the aforesaid sale deed. They have no criminal antecedent. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Kangali P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
