The petitioner seeks bail in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 25(1-b)a, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 17 of the CLA Act.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.11.2020. Vide order dated 18.08.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that cognizance has been taken.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dehari, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015.
