Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 370, 370(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have found in objectionable condition with a girl. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Similarly situated accused Rakesh Kumar has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36091/2021. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) PS case No.78/2021.
