2. This writ application is filed challenging the letter contained in Memo No.971 dated 24.08.2017 whereby and whereunder absorption of the petitioner has been cancelled.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.4 , it has been stated that the said order dated 24.08.2017 has been withdrawn. Paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.4 is quoted hereinbelow for needful:- "8. That under this context, the answering respondent had passed the order dated 24.08.2017 by which the adjustment of petitioner was cancelled for the time being, however in compliance of order passed by this Hon'ble Court the order dated 24.08.2017 has

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence the writ application may be accordingly disposed of. He also submits that the salary of the petitioner is also being regularly paid.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances , the present writ application is dispsoed of as the grievance of the petitioner already stands redressed.
