2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 809 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, two unknown persons riding on a motorcycle, snatched the gold chain from the informant's neck and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that except the confessional statement of the co-accused Rohit Kumar @ Alua, there is no material against the petitioner. He further submits that similarly situated

No. 82111 of 2023. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2023, having one criminal antecedent. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge IX-cum-A.C.J.M.-IXth, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 809 of 2023.
