The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to settle the petitioner's entire retiral dues and authorize the requisite pension, following the petitioner's retirement from the post of UDC on 31.01.2012 from the office of Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur after a final decision is taken in the pending departmental enquiry.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 2, annexing

Patna High Court CWJC No.11207 of 2015(6) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 Annexure-J. In light of Annexure-J, it is stated that the petitioner's grievance has already been resolved, as a final order has been passed, and the findings regarding the petitioner's pension dues have been made.

4. In response thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is quite old and requests that an opportunity be granted to the petitioner that If the petitioner has not received the entire pension dues, he should be at liberty to take further legal steps.

5. In view of the submissions made above, and as stated in paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.

6. However, the respondent authorities are directed that upon receiving this order, they shall communicate to the petitioner that all admissible dues and the pension amount have been paid. If the petitioner shall have any further grievance, he may pursue it in accordance with the law.
