1. (i) For issuance of directions to the respondents to ensure compliance of the order dated 03.09.2014, passed by the respondent No.6, i.e. the Circle Officer Dumraon, in Case No. 02 of 2014-15.

(ii) For issuance of direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment made over the land bearing Khata No. 315, Plot No. 1427, 1426, area 2 acres 60 decimals, situated at

Patna High Court CWJC No.11194 of 2015(4) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 Mauza-Lakhan Dihra, Thana No.193, Circle-Dumraon, District-Buxar, Bihar recorded as Sarv Sadharan in cadestral survey."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dumraon, DistrictBuxar, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
