Therefore, a week time is granted to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel, failing which the present petition would be dismissed.

Even to this date petitioner's counsel has not furnished copy of the petition to the State counsel so as to enable him to file counter affidavit. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner that if he has any document for having served copy of the petition on the State counsel prior to today, in that event he is permitted to make necessary application for recalling the present order.
