The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner along with other accused persons were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner one mobile and Rs. 200/- were recovered. No psychotropic substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 08.09.2013 and similarly situated accused persons namely Sunial Kumar Sahni and Shyam Kumar @ Sujit Kumar have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the aforesaid facts above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38130 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in G.O. NO. 2/2013 arising out of Bisanpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2013.
