ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.6.2013 in Chakia P.S. Case No.198/13 for the offence under Sections 25(1b)a/26 and 35 of the I.P.C. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a country made pistol which is said to have been recovered from his possession and he was arrested in connection with this case along with Mithlesh Kumar and Kulwant Singh from whose possession also certain illegal arms are said to have been recovered. It is further submitted that co-accused Mithlesh Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 25.3.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.7192/14.
