The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 447 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 498(A), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 26.03.2019. He further submits that petitioner is husband of the informant. Marriage took place in the year 1994. They are living separately after the marriage.

Considering the fact that petitioner is husband and the marriage took place in the year 1994, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
