Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of this Court dated 14.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 8711 of 2017 (Braj Bhushan Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar & others) and other cases as contained in Annexure-16 series. In order to maintain consistency, the present writ application is disposed of in the similar terms as passed in CWJC No. 8711 of 2017 (Braj Bhushan Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar & others). The respondents have to scrutinize the case

Patna High Court CWJC No.14895 of 2017(3) dt.16-03-2021 2/2 of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of the petitioner's case which was decided vide Annexure-16 series, the respondents have to act strictly following the aforesaid judgment within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
