The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that in course of going to school, 14 years old informant's daughter, was kidnapped by an unknown person.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim has already been recovered. She has been examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which, she has not made any allegation of physical or sexual harassment

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Ben P.S.
