The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2014 in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged that it was on account of the fact that the deceased was being made to work forcibly in the illegal mining of this petitioner that the accident took place in which the victim has died.
Learned counsel for the State submits that during course of investigation it has come that Goga Singh was involved in the illegal mining and the victim had died during course of working in the stone quarry of this petitioner.

No.38375 of 2014 (3) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that suspicion raised by the informant and there being no other material on record in the case diary so as to implicate this petitioner, let the petitioner, Goga Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2013.
