The petitioner seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.1029 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner and her daughter that they had stolen ornaments worth Rs.3 lakhs from the house of the informant and the daughter of the informant admitted her own complicity as well as complicity of her mother in her statement made under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and, on the basis of her statement, recoveries were also made, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
