2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 05.04.2024.

4. The trial court report reveals that in this case, charge has been framed on 15.07.2025 and case is running for prosecution evidence.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge - XI, Gaya in connection with S.Tr. No. 189 of 2025,
