2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363,365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not alleged any wrong against the petitioner. She has stated that this petitioner neither misbehaved with her nor he established physical relation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts of the case and the 164 CrPC statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is

In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Danapur Patna in Bikram Police Station Case No. 175 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
