The petitioner seeks bail in Gaural (Kathara O.P.). P. S. Case No. 116 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband of deceased.

Earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42759 of 2018 Report called for from Court below has been received from which it appears that five witnesses have already been examined out of nine witnesses. The trial Court has mentioned in the report that case is pending for evidence. This Court finds that out of nine witness five

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from date of receipt of copy of this order.
