Looking at the nature of allegation as well as the fact that both the petitioners are said to be own brothers way past 40 years of age and there could be reason for false implication, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 355 of 2013, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
