2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of cheque bounce. It is alleged that a cheque of Rs. 2,81,000/-, issued by this petitioner, got dishonoured.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2025.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

No.32953 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he issued a cheque of Rs. 2,81,000/- which got dishonoured. Petitioner has got 14 criminal antecedents some of which are of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected.
